Return & Refund Policy
At Thulira, we take great pride in the quality and sustainability of our products. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or might arrive damaged. This policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned:
- Personal care items (e.g., bamboo toothbrushes, neem combs, bath loofahs).
- Used or washed kitchenware and apparel.
- Items purchased on final sale or clearance.
- Gift cards.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
Since many of our products are handcrafted by artisans, slight variations in color, texture, or finish are normal and add to the uniqueness of the item. These are not considered defects.
However, if you receive a genuinely damaged or broken product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@thulira.com with clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund immediately.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at support@thulira.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), Thulira will cover the return shipping costs. If you are returning an item for any other reason (e.g., changed your mind), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
